1. 訂單成立 (Order Confirmation)
顧客成功提交訂單並完成付款後，本店會發出確認通知，訂單方視為成立。
An order is considered confirmed once the customer has successfully submitted the order and completed payment, after which we will issue a confirmation notice.

2. 價格與付款 (Pricing & Payment)
所有商品價格以港幣計算，並可能包含適用稅項。本店接受透過 KPay 平台提供之付款方式，包括但不限於信用卡及電子支付工具。具體付款方式以 KPay 平台顯示為準。
All product prices are listed in HKD and may include applicable taxes. Our store accepts payment methods provided by KPay, including but not limited to credit cards and e-payment tools. The specific payment methods are subject to KPay’s platform availability.

3. 送貨安排 (Delivery)
本店會於合理時間內安排送貨，送貨方式包括速遞物流或到店自取。除非本店明確列明免運費優惠，否則所有速遞物流費用均為到付，由顧客承擔。送貨時間及費用可能因地區或物流公司而有所不同，具體安排以本店通知為準。
We will arrange delivery within a reasonable timeframe. Delivery methods include courier services or in-store pickup. Unless explicitly stated as free shipping, all courier delivery fees are payable upon receipt by the customer. Delivery time and fees may vary depending on location or logistics providers, and specific arrangements will be notified by our store.

4. 退貨與退款 (Returns & Refunds)
除非貨品有瑕疵或錯誤送貨，本店一般不接受退貨或退款。盲盒、抽選類商品一經拆封或使用，恕不接受退貨或退款。顧客必須於收貨後 7 日內聯絡本店提出申請，並提供相關證明。退款將於確認後在合理時間內處理。
Unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, our store generally does not accept returns or refunds. Blind boxes or lottery-type products cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used. Customers must contact us within 7 days of receipt with relevant proof. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe upon confirmation.
